We invest private capital into joint ventures with best in class real estate operators.

Our Real Estate Equity strategy selectively deploys capital into partner-led opportunities that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns over short to medium realisation periods of up to 3 years.
We invest alongside experienced operators who are specialists in their chosen sector and have an exemplar track record in similar projects.
Our preferred equity investments are between £5,000,000 to £15,000,000 and up to 85% of the total equity required.
We are opportunistic investors and are sector and location agnostic, with past projects including repositioning of prime central london residential assets, social housing, income aggregation strategies and planning enhancements.
